CHANGE/ CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Appointment cancellations for regular services must be made 14 days in advance of the appointment or full amount will be lost. Cancelled appointments are money which cannot be made back, but could have been given to someone who would have used the appointment.
  • This CAN be transferred to an alternative date depending on availability. I fully understand life happens, so if in an occasion you do need to cancel, you will be able to rebook for another date.

  • Any cancellations made within 14 days will be liable to be lost without refund.
  • Cancellations by RPM due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the performance of her obligations and where no other suitable alternative can be given will result in a full refund to the Client. No further compensation will be offered. An alternative highly recommended makeup artist might be suggested by Roxana.
  • Refunds are issued via the same method of payment. Please contact Roxana directly for a refund.
  • Cancellation schedule for bridal services: less than 60 days before the wedding: the booking fee remains non-refundable and no further payment is due; less than 30 days before the wedding: 75% of the total agreed price is due; less than 14 days before the wedding: 100% of the total agreed price of the services is due (the terms apply to the total amount of the services booked by the client, no matter if the service was consumed or not).
