Frequently Asked Bridal questions
Every service begins with clear communication and informed decisions.
As my services vary, so do the booking procedures and conditions that apply to them. Some bridal services include a Bridal Preview, while others do not.
For bridal bookings, a signed Bridal Agreement and Client Consultation & Consent Form are required.
As wedding and preview dates are (most of the times) reserved specifically for you, the following cancellation terms apply:
More than 90 days before the wedding: the booking fee is refundable.
Less than 90 days before the wedding: the booking fee remains non-refundable; no further payment is due.
Less than 30 days before the wedding: 75% of the total agreed service value is payable.
Less than 14 days before the wedding: 100% of the total agreed service value is payable.
These terms apply to the full value of all services reserved under your booking, regardless of whether they are ultimately used. I kindly encourage every client to read the Bridal Agreement and Client Consultation & Consent Form carefully before booking, as they contain the complete terms and conditions governing our collaboration.

I know how big of a deal your wedding look is!
It is the ONE thing you first see and the One thing that sets the tone for how you will feel about yourself on one of the most important days of your life.
The first thing your family, friends and guests will notice and the first thing your beloved will remember for the rest of his/her life. The one thing that you will contemplate endlessly in your wedding photos. Because of this, YES, I do think it is important to have a professional makeup and hairstyle service for your wedding day. I also think it is important to make sure that the makeup artist you go with is the perfect fit for who you are and the day you have planned.
I have over 11 years of experience and hundreds of looks that I created, I am familiar with the process and the how to of a wedding day, you can rest assured that my experience and expertise will be in your service – so you can enjoy and feel stress-free. Your wedding day schedule and timeline are discussed in detail and everything is organized to ensure maximum efficiency with minimum effort from your side.
Weddings are long days, and your hair and makeup need to go the distance. I use advanced products and techniques to ensure your makeup stays fresh and your hair holds up, even though hours of celebration and dancing.
For guests/ bridal party: When dealing with a larger bridal party including several bridesmaids, flower girls and mums, you will need a professional to help! I create a schedule so that everyone knows when they are required in the chair and if timings are tight or numbers are high, I may bring additional artists to assist with getting everyone ready on time.
For larger bridal parties (bridesmaids, flower girls, mums, guests) having a professional on hand is essential. I can create for you a detailed schedule to ensure everyone knows their turn in the chair. If timing is tight or the group is large, I can bring additional artists to ensure everyone is ready on time, stress-free.
Pricing is straightforward and transparent, ensuring you know exactly what you’re paying for.
My services are tailored to your needs and i am happy to provide as much customization and flexibility as possible. However, some aspects can reflect on the price tag, as the extra work, time or products impact the cost of the service: hair length or hairstyle, hair jewelry/clip-ons, face jewelry, specific eyelash requests as colors, materials, style, specific preferences on products i would need to order for you exclusively.
For your rehearsal, a full face of makeup can take roughly between 90 to 120 minutes – based on the type of makeup look you want and the changes you desire.
Wedding day makeup usually takes around 60 minutes, but I always advise my brides to add for us at least an extra 30 to 40minutes, just as buffer for any unpredicted delays – as emotions can run high and having family and friends over can sometimes a bit overwhelming.
Hairstyling for your wedding day can be between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on hair length type or complexity of the hairstyle.
A rehearsal (trial) for both makeup & hair can last between 3.5 to 4 hours. Everything else above the 4 hours mark is subjected to a 700 czk fee/hour.
Also consider that your makeup applications include skincare and that they are supposed to be a luxurious and relaxing experience. In the end it all depends on preferences and the available time.
Bridesmaids’ makeup applications usually will take around 45 minutes. For persons with specific requirements, the possibility of having a rehearsal is also available.
1. Skin Prep: Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. The skincare part is covered entirely by me and product recommendations for your skincare routine are provided.
2. Bring Inspiration: Feel free to bring any inspiration photos or mood boards that showcase your ideal look, your wedding dress, your wedding theme. This helps me understand your vision and refine the style that best suits you.
3. Wear a button up shirt or a top that is easy to remove, in colors similar to your dress: This gives us a closer look at how the makeup will appear with your wedding dress and a better understanding about the whole look on your wedding day.
4. HAIR: Your hair should be washed and dried the day before the event. No hair products should be in your hair.
4. Stay Hydrated: Hydrated skin is happy skin! Drinking water leading up to the rehearsal will help your skin look its best.
5. Share Any Specific Concerns: If you have any skin sensitivities, makeup allergies, skin conditions or specific areas you’d like me to address, let me know, and I’ll be sure to prepare the necessary products and tools.
A WORK STATION: Please have a table and stool ready in natural lighting for makeup services or a table by an electrical outlet for hair services. Please make sure to provide enough space for the makeup and hair kit, preferably in a peaceful area of your location.
All makeup products used are quality and professional brands that were designed to give long lasting results and photograph beautifully. Brands such as Graftobian, Viseart, Channel, Dior, Charlotte Tilbury, Becca, Kryolan, Hourglass, The Balm, Laura Mercier, Urban Decay, Mac, Make Up For Ever, Nars, Atelier Paris, MaqPro, Makeup Designory, Real Techniques, Zoeva, Fenty, Anastasia Beverly Hills and more are all present in my kit.
I offer on location services so Yes, I do travel, to your location in Prague or around Prague, but not further than 60 minutes from my postal code (for the rehearsals).
Travel costs outside Prague is 12czk/km or the cost of the cab (based on agreement). For events outside Czech Republic, there are additional costs for travel time and food/accommodation expenses: price upon request
For locations in Prague, a rate of 500 czk or the cost of the cab (if the travel expenses are over 500 czk) is applied.
If possible, I advise my bridal clients to have the trials on the same location as for the weeding day (it is better to mimic as much as possible for the trials the same conditions we will have on your wedding day, just to be aware of everything and prevent as much as possible the unexpected to happen – it will be easier for both of us if I am familiar with the location, the arrangement of the place, lighting conditions etc.)
Payments via Revolut.
I am available from 9 am to 5 pm during the week, to answer your inquires and messages or beauty communication & advice for my clients. All persons in the wedding party should be prepared with touch up essentials!
As a bride, I have you covered with my complimentary Touch Up Kit. It is meant to keep you looking picture perfect from morning right into the next morning! Please let me know in advance if anyone from the bridal party wants a touch up kit and how many are needed – I have touch up kits available for purchase.
If you don’t want to purchase my touch up kits, I recommend that each person should bring their own touch-up makeup throughout the day. Make your friends and family aware to bring for the long day their own lipstick, lip-gloss and any other essential makeup items with them for a quick retouch.
Basic False Lashes are available complimentary for those who book a makeup application for any look I find it necessary and if you want them too.
Luxury Lashes are available upon request. Advance notice is required for clients wanting Luxury Lashes, subject to availability.
Basically, any time my schedule allows, from Monday to Thursday. If you’d like to schedule your trial on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, an extra fees applies. Dates and times are subject to availability. Please book your consultation in advance.
The following is a list of things you should bring to your wedding makeup trial:
Inspiration photos of the makeup looks you love. Be sure the model’s skin tone and hair color are similar to your own, so that you have a realistic idea of a look suited to you.
Photos of your dress.
Photos of your jewelry or directly the jewelry, if they are distinct (example: statement pieces).
Hair inspiration
New waterproof mascara (for sanitary reasons) – if you want to use your own mascara
You can bring in your favorite makeup. Lipstick, blush, eyeshadow. This is so we can get an idea of the colors you feel confident in.
Come with a clean face! If that isn’t an option, let me know and we should start 10 minutes earlier, so you would have time to cleanse your skin. (I have products for you to properly remove the makeup, so no worries). But know that this is not an ideal situation, it costs us time and your skin might be irritated.
Make a list of your everyday skincare you use, or bring them with you if possible. I need to know how good they are for you and to give you proper skincare advice.
Absolutely no facial waxing less than 2 days before wedding date – makeup will not adhere to freshly waxed skin! Waxing can cause redness, bumps and peeling
The following is a list of things you should bring to your hair trial:
Veil or headpiece (if you have).
Clip in hair extensions if you would like to experiment (email me for more details).
Any hair jewelry you may be considering.
Photos of your jewelry or directly the jewelry, if they are distinct (example: statement pieces).
Come with clean, dry hair, washed the night before our trial.
If you would like a blow out, an additional fee will be applied.
